"Who do you get to be?" We will spend a disproportionate amount of time exploring that question, which will then resource the what and the how. Two major outcomes of coaching is competence and fulfillment. In our work together, you will develop a new enduring capacity, while having a felt experience that how you’re going about your life and who you’re becoming is worthwhile. My wish is that after our engagement, you’ll become self-generating in your own growth without me.
Increasingly, I am working with clients for whom the following provocation is very alive, “what if the way we respond to the crisis is part of the crisis?” (Báyò Akómoláfé) It appears in questions about the impact of world events on one’s daily contributions, the splitting undercurrents experienced when making personal decisions, the oscillation between overwhelm and numbness, as well as anger and grief. Our work together then becomes one of deep accompaniment, learning to be in uncertainty without immediately fixing and creating spaciousness for change that’s wider than one’s own terms.

A personal development plan with purpose & outcomes, as well as instructions for embodied practices and self-awareness activities designed specifically for you
1:1 coaching sessions every other week for 12 sessions
