From Ogilvy to McCann, I led change with global leaders.
For 11 years, I facilitated innovation for brands like Coca-Cola, Nestlé and Merck, as well as partnered with C-Suite executives on organizational change inside a 23,000-person global advertising agency. While the pursuit of growth personally and on behalf of others was thrilling and rewarding, it also began to “break my soul” (Beyoncé). I followed the dissonance into a period of learning, play and reckonings.
As AI brings about accelerated breakthroughs for healthcare and knowledge workers, wars rage and oceans acidify. What are reorienting tools for our urgent and uncertain times? While studying somatic practices, art and philosophy, I realize we can collectively build more capacity, discernment and a better knowing of our individual gifts. I want to help you find your own unique way for the sake of our collective flourishing.
In our work together, you'll feel appreciated for your complexities, accompanied in your inquiries and resourced in how you move through life. We'll till the soil with curiosity, collaborate with emergence and learn to be in service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Many of my clients are going through identity shifts, experiencing inflection points or abrupt thresholds, including motherhood, job change, entrepreneurship, immigration and chronic illness. Some have made big pivots and need support in a new terrain without a map. (How come freedom feels like being lost?!) My clients have tended to be driven and high-performing people who have hit a glitch or feel the subsurface turbulence within them. They are tired of navigating things the way they had before and ready to try something different. They sense the shimmer of other possibilities and are game to experiment.

I am an active member in writing collectives, visual arts classes and philosophy study groups. I volunteer in projects that play the dual role of making sanctuary for healing and “dojos” for practice, including as a fundraising committee member for The Center for ArtEsteem in Oakland, California, and as a founding board member for Dance Monks’s “La Milpa: Refugio de Arte” project in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
